Madelyn Piehl is a licensed funeral director and owner of Eternal Care Cremation based out of Elizabethtown, Ontario. She discovered her affinity for funeral services when she worked at a funeral home as a part time job in university. After she graduated, Madelyn decided to follow her heart and take Funeral Service Education at Humber College in Toronto.
Madelyn honed her skills in funeral services while working at funeral homes in Toronto, Ottawa, Niagara and Brockville. Through her work she noticed the high-costs of funeral services and that many people didn’t know that a traditional funeral wasn’t the only option for them and their loved ones. Passionate about providing an alternative, Madelyn struck out on her own and started Eternal Care Cremation, a Class One Transfer Service that offers simple and affordable funeral services.
With a caring and compassionate style Madelyn serves all of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. She makes her clients feel at ease while creating a plan that is tailored to their specific wishes and needs. She loves meeting with families from all over the county and learning about their unique stories and backgrounds.
Madelyn believes strongly in building community through the arts and is involved in many community music projects, including the Brockville Community Choir and the Brockville Lions Club Music Festival; encouraging youth to participate in the arts.
